Dr. Marni Gauthier is an award-winning teacher, expert learning designer, and published author. While a tenured professor at SUNY Cortland, in 2012, Marni founded Four Site Leadership, a consulting company based on a holistic leadership paradigm and on approaching one’s life as a creative force. She has served as faculty for the CU Leeds School of Business and Leadership Studies Minor, and as a Transformation Advisor for CA Technologies.
Marni has spoken, taught and conducted workshops on gender and leadership at CU, the Cornell Johnson School of Management, Boulder Startup Women, the Men’s Leadership Alliance, and as a Featured Writer for the A Room of Her Own Retreat at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico. Marni works with individuals, teams, and people in transition to help them better their leadership capacity and increase their influence and impact. As a writer, teacher, and coach, Marni empowers people to maximize their influence and impact.
